1- Rent Beat consegna al noleggiante un natante della categoria prescelta che verrà sottoposto ad un controllo di tutta l'attrezzatura e materiale in
dotazione, indusi tutti i documenti necessari.
EN- Rent Beat consigns to the charterer a vessel of the selected category. The beat and equipment, induding ali the necessary documents, will be checked before departure.
DE- Reni Beat gibt an den mieter ein Wasserfahrzeug der gewahlten Kategorie, das einer Kontrolle der Ausrustung bzw. Ausstattung unterzogen wird, ab,
inklusive der néitigen Dokumente
2- La cauzione da versare in anticipo in contanti, verrà restituita nel caso non vengano riscontrati problemi o danni al natante o all'attrezzatura di bordo. In caso di danni l'intera somma sarà trattenuta fino alla quantificazione dei danni subiti.

7- il noleggiante è totalmente responsabile, ai sensi delle vigenti normative, rispetto agli eventi che possono accadere a terzi imbarcati.

8- I dati personali comunicati alla Rent Beat, verranno trattati come previsto dalla legge sulla privacy, art. 13 del D. l.is 196/2003. Tali dati potranno essere usati anche per eventuali comunicazioni successive o per fini giudiziali o stragiudiziali.

9-Il noleggiante prende atto e approva tutte le condizioni descritte dalla Rent Beat nel presente contratto di noleggio e si impegna a rispettare ogni legge eregolamento vigente nelle zone in cui intende navigare. Per quanto non espressamente convenuto nel presente contratto, si applicheranno le norme del Codice Civile in tema di noleggio di cose.
